1. Adds the display of the steady-state probability distribution for multi-server queues with general distributions of times between arrivals and service times.
2. Adds the computation of steady-state probabilities for user-specified values for the above queues.

1. Adds the goal mode to Sangoma tool to allow the determination of maximum throughput (or number of users) for a specified average response time.
