Instructions:
- Download the Service Agreement, as well as the Input Information spreadsheet and any data extractors you will need.
- Estimate the cost of the study using the Price Table and the example service contracts.
- Return to us the completed Service Agreement via e-mail to service@pallas-international.com. The return of the completed Service Agreement signifies that you have the authority to order the services covered by the agreement or that you have secured the required authorization.
- Send us a detailed description of the desired study, Input Information spreadsheet, and the required .smf files produced by our data extractors. These files should be compressed ("zipped") in a format that can be "unzipped" by common tools or made into self-extracting files. If the resulting files do not exceed a combined size of 1.5 MBytes, you can simply e-mail the compressed files to service@pallas-international.com as attachments. If the compressed files exceed this size limit, you should request that we assign you a private ftp Drop Box. You can make this request at the same time you send us the completed Service Agreement. Once you have been assigned your private ftp Drop Box, you will be able to ftp the compressed files to your Drop Box.
- We will review your completed Service Agreement, as well as the input files you sent us. If all is in order, we will notify you via e-mail of our acceptance of the service request. If we have questions or believe that some data is missing, we will promptly notify you, and you will have 10 days to submit the requested elements. If we don't hear back from you within 10 days from our request, we will close your service request.
- We will do our best to promptly execute the requested study. Our typical response times are listed in the Lead Time service price list.
- When the study results are ready, we will notify you via e-mail. In most cases, the study results will be e-mailed to you. In some cases, we will post the results to a private ftp area so that you can download them from our site.
