We offer a variety of services to assist our customers in developing Lead Time performance models of their storage subsystem in order to identify current performance bottlenecks, support capacity planning, and investigate "what if" scenarios. Our typical response time is 72 hours. We also offer complete investigation studies. Here, we develop the relevant performance models and carry out the specified "what if" studies based on physical configuration and available monitor data, produce reports and deliver results directly to the customer via email or ftp exchange. Additionally, we offer Lead Time training.

There are several elements involved in a Lead Time study, and your cost will vary depending on the particular study. Also, the amount of input information available automatically to Lead Time from the monitor data will vary depending on the system environment, controller type, and records collected. Consequently, the amount of information that the customer may have to provide in addition to the monitor data will vary. Our Input Information spreadsheet is intended as a guide. In many instances, much of the workload information described in this spreadsheet will be automatically available from the monitor data.
